Author Biography
Farideh Shadravan received her PhD in evolutionary genetics in 1983, and thereafter worked as a genetics researcher at the University of Hawaii, UCLA, UC San Fran- cisco, and the Genome Center at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. Most recently she worked for a major biotech company in the San Francisco Bay Area.
