Author Biography

William Sim started painting from the age of 10 under the guidance of pioneer artist Tan Puay Tee. He graduated from Singapore's Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in 1991. William studied color and form through formal training and started out painting and observing nature through watercolor. Over the years he has experimented with various media and exhibited his works regionally.
