Christos Mavronas is a self-taught chef who learned all aspects of the restaurant business with his father. In 2002, he took over the reins at Steve's Famous Diner in Daytona Beach, Florida. Over the past fourteen years, Chris has expanded the brand to three locations. He also has his own cooking show on YouTube, Christos Cooks!, where he showcases his unique personality and culinary skills.
