Summary

The most popular version of the Spanish translation of the Bible is the “Reina-Valera”. But, the men responsible for this work are not talked about enough in our day. This volume of Clásicos de la Fe brings us closer to one of these men, Casiodoro de Reina, and introduces us to some of his important works, including A confession of faith, a Catechism, and a selection of letters ranging from his request to allow Spaniards to worship in London (1560) to his response to Olevianus concerning his confession of faith.
Reina’s ministry has been influential for generations through the Spanish Bible, and this volume brings us closer to the man and his convictions as he labors to serve God during those difficult years in Europe.
