Author Biography
Robert O. Freedman is Peggy Meyerhoff Pearlstone professor of political science at Baltimore Hebrew University and visiting professor of political science at Johns Hopkins University. He is a past president of the Association for Israel Studies. A frequent consultant to the US State Department and the CIA, Professor Freedman is also the author of four books on Soviet foreign policy.
