Stephen M. Johnson es Doctor en Filosofía, profesor y presidente de la facultad de la Facultad de Psicología del Pacífico, en Menlo Park, California. Divide su tiempo entre la docencia clínica y la práctica privada de psicoterapia en Menlo Park y San Francisco, su especialidad es la integración de las teorías del desarrollo de la personalidad y la implementación de objetivos terapéuticos en casos de neurosis y trastornos de la personalidad .
