This is a new textbook and was received in perfect condition within the timeframe promised. I like ordering from ecampus because they almost always have exactly what I need and the prices are better than the college bookstore. Plus, I always receive my books quickly.

Matthew S. Kaufman, MD is a board-certified oncologist at Long Island Jewish Medical Center (New York). He completed his fellowship in hematology and hisresidency in internal medicine at LIJ Medical Center. He is a graduate of SUNY-Downstate College of Medicine.

Latha G. Stead, MD is Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at The University of Rochester School of Medicine.

Volume Editor Arthur Rusovici, MD is Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center (New York).
