Author Biography

Mia Rigden is a Los Angeles-based board-certified nutritionist and trained chef. She works with clients globally through one-on-one nutrition coaching programs and online courses to help them discover how to blend nutrition science and the needs of their body with exciting flavor combinations and the practically needed to make healthy habits stick. Mia holds a master’s in nutrition and integrative health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and is board certified through the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS). Additionally, she has a BA in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara, a Grand Diplome of Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Institute), and has completed the Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching course.
