This must be one of the better "Dummies" textbooks. A wonderful textbook that not only covers the whole field of genetics, very clear drawings illuminate the text and take the complexity out of everything, easily understandable and with a good dose of humor. I highly recommend this product for anyone interested in getting a quick introduction to the subject.
