Zindel V. Segal is a professor emeritus of the psychology of mood disorders at the University of Toronto. John D. Teasdale is an honorary professor at the United Kingdom Medical Research Council’s Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit. Mark G. Williams is a professor of clinical psychology and an adjunct researcher at the University of Oxford. He is the director of the Oxford Mindfulness Center.
