Summary
City Garland is an eight-year-old girl that hails from a family of seamstress, including her mother. She wants to be a fashion designer. She's designed and sketched her own clothing line and is ready to share them with her mother in the hopes that her mother will help bring her designs to life. She attends school with three of her cousins who's amazed by her designs and hopes City's mother will agree to help make the clothing line become a reality. As the series progresses, other classmates are excited about City's designs, and they want to be part of City's adventure.
