When someone we love passes away, the pain of that loss can seem unbearable, especially after a traumatic loss. Learning to come to grips with the unfathomable is a valuable life lesson. It can teach us that pain is often a bridge to opening our hearts to compassion, and is the essence of being human. The author guides readers through their grief to help process and honor their deepest pains.
