Useful for anyone interested in botany or plants in general. Goes in more depth than my HS biology class did.

There is nothing to regret from purchasing this textbook. I am 100% satisfactory because I bought this book as used textbook but only to receive a new textbook. I am 100% satisfactory. Thanks ecampus.

For an introduction to plant biology this book was understandable and interesting. Also what I love about this book is the great price I found it for. The cheapest compared to anywhere else!

Stern's Introductory Plant Biology: 4.7 out of 5 stars based on 3 user reviews.

Summary

Introductory text assumes little prior scientific knowledge on the part of the student.

Stern's Introductory Plant Biology includes sufficient information for some shorter introductory botany courses open to both majors and nonmajors, and is arranged so that certain sections can be omitted without disrupting the overall continuity of the course. Stern emphasizes current interests while presenting basic botanical principles.
