Author Biography

Dr. Braque Talley currently serves as Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Student Success at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. While at UAPB, he has received national attention for his student engagement campaigns, which resulted in a significant enrollment turnaround during the 2020 pandemic. He had previously served his alma mater, Rust College, as VP of enrollment management; as well as serving as Director of marketing and recruitment at Alabama A&M. He is a native of Starkville, Mississippi.
