I really like this textbook. It's great for review. This is a textbook that the students can dig into and thoroughly understand during one course. I am really enjoying this book. This textbook takes the study of nutrition to a new level with an emphasis on active learning, assignable content, and integrated resources. I would recommend this book for anyone interested in making healthier food choices.
