This textbook "Working in Groups" is very well written with constant citing from various reference materials. It is a enjoy read with being a textbook at the graduate level, it is looking at both how groups work and how to work in groups, this accessible and user-friendly books gives readers the tools to apply group communication theories, methods, and skills–helping them become more effective and ethical group members.
