A Writer's Reference

I rented this rental textbook and it was amazing. Once you have it you want to keep it. It will help you as you continue your education and need to write papers. It will also be helpful for teens in high school English too. It will guide you through citing your references correctly. I would have been lost without it. It is a very user-friendly reference book. I strongly recommend it to students. I think this book can be a student's grammar bible ;)

This is an excellent used textbook to get a help for Writing in the Disciplines. I initially ordered this book as a requirement for an undergraduate university program. It was a good overview of writing. This book is great because it's organized with colorful dividers and easy to read sections, providing the latest up to date info for MLA AND APA formatting delivers advice on all the right topics: working with sources, revising with comments, preparing a portfolio, and more. A Writer's Reference offers unprecedented flexibility with several versions to choose from -- a handbook that's truly at your service. This book is also commonly used as a textbook and you can get it cheaper here than at a college bookstore.

DIANA HACKER personally class-tested her handbooks with nearly four thousand students over 35 years at Prince George's Community College in Maryland, where she was a member of the English faculty. Hacker handbooks, built on innovation and on a keen understanding of the challenges facing student writers, are the most widely adopted in America.
