This edition includes excellent tips on writing and controlling e-mail, it covers all the areas important to the younger generation, resumes, letters etc... I keep this textbook on my desk as a reference guide and highly recommend this text to anyone in business communications. I received this used textbook in a great condition. There is no highlighting throughout the book and the cover and pages are in really good condition. It looks brand new. The seller was also very helpful and responded to my emails very quickly.
